Monarch Realty Group is a full service property management company, specializing in condo, rental, and co-op management. The company was founded with one mission in mind, and that is to change the way property management is seen and unlock the value and potential the right management partner can bring. We have built our reputation by delivering a superior service, and our attention to detail is what has allowed us to grow and retain our relationships with our clients. Co-Founders

Jason Horowytz

Jason Horowytz co-founded Monarch Realty Group in 2019. He brings over 8 years of Real Estate experience, focusing on residential multifamily assets. Over the past 8 years, he has built a niche in working with developers of high-end assets in thegreater NYC area, specifically Brooklyn, NY. Jason has re defined the mindset developers have when working with Management companies and has been able to add value from before the time the projects breaks ground, all the way through completion and into managing and maintaining the asset. In this time, Mr. Horowytz has worked on over 100 new development projects and has opened close to 40 buildings, mostly rentals or condos. Mr. Horowytz consults with several developers and assists with Taxes, Utility cost, Labor, Access Control/Low Voltage, Financial Budgeting, Sourcing of construction or permanent debt, as well as several other unique skillsets that are typically not seen in Management.

John Ricco

John Ricco, CPA Co-Founder Monarch Realty Group John has a strong passion for the real estate industry and has owned and operated his own real estate portfolio for over 15 years. John has also participated in several transactions in multiple asset classes with some of the largest owners in NYC. In 2006 John Co-Founded the Atlantic group, a leading executive recruiting firm with over 100 employees and 9 offices both international and domestically. John has been featured in Crain’s, Forbes, The Financial Times, US News & World Report, CFO Magazine, eFinancial Careers, Big4.com, and Glassdoor.com. John has also made appearances on FOX BUSINESS, CNBC Power Lunch, MarketWatch, Bloomberg TV, Bloomberg Radio, The Street and BNN. John began his career in public accounting and spent several years at KPMG where he was a key strategic member of KPMG’s New Media Practice where he was responsible for leading several high profile dot com IPO’s. John is a CPA and a graduate from the State University at Albany with a BS in Accounting. John resides on Long Island, is an accomplished musician, enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and coaching his son's various sports teams.
